Gravitas embraces SoLoMo with the launch of Inspire Digital Asia
“As in the name, our new agency will ‘inspire’ consumers to interact with brands across multiple touch points, be it mobile, social and/or physical location,” said Ricky Chu, Chief Executive Officer of Gravitas.
The new firm will build upon Gravitas’ 10+ years of mobile marketing experience by adding expertise in digital engagement strategy, social media marketing and campaign analytics.
Napoleon Biggs, Chief Strategy Officer of Gravitas, will see his role expand in this new venture as the newly-appointed Managing Director of Inspire Digital Asia Limited. With over 15 years in digital media and the founder of several successful internet start-ups, Biggs will lead a talented team of award-winning digital marketers to inspire clients to drive brand engagement, customer loyalty and profitability through integrated use of social, mobile and other emerging media.
“With Inspire, we will bring a fresh perspective to digital marketing, where we help clients capture people’s imagination and attention in a multi-screen, mobile and socially connected world,” Biggs commented and added, “Marketers will now have a one-stop-shop for managing cross-platform digital campaigns, a sure way to relieve at least some of their pain!”
Inspire Digital will start with an initial team of 15 members who are experts in integrated social and mobile strategy, responsive design, technology knowhow and business analytics. Production and technology development tasks will continue to reside in the strong team of 50 at Gravitas, led by the Chief Technology Officer, Gary Chu.
“Under the Gravitas group, we are building out several complimentary companies; AMAZE Mobile Media offers mobile advertising, Inspire Digital offers marketing strategies and Gravitas provides the technology development capabilities,” affirmed Ricky Chu, CEO.
Inspire Digital Asia Limited will be headquartered in Hong Kong and will roll out in selected Asian countries, starting with Singapore in Q1 2013.
